Poise

The flower is pink.
Prime springtime has allowed for this tulip to grow.
Flawless.
Vivid petals that dazzle are drawn from stems, green and tall.
Spring passes.
The pink tulip is gone.
Unable to obtain its former outward beauty.
Petals, once pink, decompose.
So and so until each lands on the surface of the forest floor.
Here the flower attains a new beauty.
A beauty that comes from helping the other plants grow.
The pink tulip is now soil.
Soil for a new tulip to grow.
The tulip and the soil are one.
Equals.
